Bibins comes to town

My good friend Bibins comes to town, and we went up Mt. Rainier, and took a ferry to San Juan island. It was a blast. It is easy to take for granted all the green that surrounds us here in Seattle, and it takes a visit from someone who's lived in Texas a few years to make me realized how blessed we are with our landscape.

After the long weekend though, a ton of work to do.

it escaped me you're in seattle. Mt. Rainier....any plans of going up that mountain?

Alan: if by going up you mean climbing to the peak, then no. But I've gone up in the sense of going to the snow line and taking a couple of short hikes around the mountain.
