Pandesal...?

I had some dough in the fridge that needed to be baked, so I tried to make "pandesal" from it. As you can see, it's not quite right. The crust turned out be more chewy than regular pandesal, and it has a slight sourdough taste. It's alo flatter than it should be. But at least it's not as hard as a rock,like when Allan and I tried it a few years back. Still, it's edible.

Hm, maybe I need to get a real pandesal recipe.

They look like some kinda fuzzy animal. hehe. Maybe you could take up some culinary classes there. I think you can cook, you got the temperament of one.
