Attention PSHS grads

Is there really a travel ban for Pisay graduates? If so which batches are affected? I got this in the email:

Can anyone confirm this? Does this apply to batch 93? I'm 14 years out of high school!

update: apparently the travel ban only applies to PSHS Davao, and perhaps Diliman, but only batch 2006 and onwards.

up-update: Danna wants me to cite sources, so here it is, as far as I can piece together:
(1) a couple of people in the pisay93 groups have reported being able to travel this year (one as late as March 5). There's also various other reports from secondhand sources of (non-Davao) pisay grads being able to travel. (2) I have a forwarded email purportedly from Ma'am Yazon of PSHS Diliman, saying a hold departure was applied to batch 2006, and they're thinking of doing the same for lower batches. (3) I received another email circulating among pshs davao students petitioning to have the travel ban removed. (4) The aforementioned Dr. Fundador is the director of PSHS Southern Mindanao.

Thanks to rob for forwarding batch 94 emails to me. Heheh

Just updated the post to clarify what information I have. :-)

It seems very strange to me that they would resort to travel bans, which should be reserved for criminals...

From Dr. Yazon:

Dear Fellow Alumnus:

At present, only alumni or scholars belonging to PSHS-Main Campus Batches 2006-2010 are required to secure a travel clearance from the Office of the Director (Main Campus) for planned trips outside of the country. We will inform the alumni ahead of time should this directive change due to a PSHS System Board of Trustees resolution.

Thank you for your continued support of the PSHS.
